Regardless of the legal right of withdrawal (see above), we offer consumers a lifetime voluntary money-back guarantee. The term is lifetime from the date of sale.
To use the lifetime money-back guarantee, you must notify Game Card Shop of your decision to terminate this agreement by a clear written statement (e.g., letter, email). We require a justification as to why you are claiming the money-back guarantee.
Your payment will be refunded in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
