We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as this is necessary for the conclusion, content or amendment of the legal relationship (inventory data). 9. Own services
Data management for applicants

Scope and purpose of data collection
If you apply for a job with us, we process your associated personal data (e.g. contact and communication data, application documents, interview notes, etc.). The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG-new according to German law (beginning of an employment relationship), Art. 6 (1) (b) AVG (general beginning of a contract) and, if you have given your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) AVG. Consent can be revoked at any time. Within our company, your personal data will only be passed on to persons involved in processing your request.
If the request is granted, the data provided by you will be stored in our data processing systems on the basis of § 26 BDSG-new and Art. 6 (1) (b) AVG for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship.
Data retention period
If we are unable to make you a job offer, you reject a job offer or you withdraw your application, we reserve the right to retain the data you have transmitted based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) AVG) for up to 6 months from the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application). Thereafter, the data will be deleted and the physical application documents destroyed. The storage serves in particular as evidence in the event of a legal dispute.
